 Help Restore the Wetlands
& Garden for Wildlife
Cost $100 per group
Please book well ahead so we can order the plants!
Our trained staff will demonstrate to your students the importance
of wetlands and the plants that grow .
Each student can plant a shrub and know that they are helping to
provide valuable habitat for endangered wetland species. We provide
gloves and tools. The students provide the enthusiasm and elbow
grease! Total program length: 60 minutes.
The Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve is only 45 minutes from
Guildford. Our Rotary Interpretive Centre has interesting displays, a
large multipurpose room (and washrooms). You are welcome to bring a
picnic and enjoy the Reserve at your leisure.
